You will be able to enjoy Barcelona and its surroundings. Public transport , the subway, the bus or the train are very efficient in this area. ADMINISTRATION FEE (mandatory and not refundable) The administration fee depends on the duration of the contract: - From 6 to 11 months: 1 month’s rent +VAT \[21% in Spain\] - From 3 to 6 months: 80% of 1 month’s rent +VAT \[21% in Spain\]. - From 1 to 3 months: 70% of 1 month’s rent +VAT \[21% in Spain\].
