I rent a room in a nice apartment in the center of Sant Cugat, with a large terrace. Very well located. Quiet people please. The apartment is located on Carrer Creu (for security reasons, I'm not providing the exact address), a 10-minute walk from ESADE. Water, electricity, and gas are included in the price. The room has a closet. The tenant will have access to the following rooms: bathroom, toilet, laundry room (use of washing machine), and kitchen (the stove and oven cannot be used in the kitchen). They will have access to the refrigerator and microwave.
