Little or no seriousness, you present an offer for a house and they don't even present it. We were the highest offer, and it was rejected a few months after it was sold. In short, avoid selling and buying in this real estate. 0 communication. Anyway, I'm not the only one from what I see with problems with them.

Within a few hours of leaving a message about a property on a popular platform here, J.Jaume Regolf Oliveras got back to me and had an appointment arranged. When we turned up, he had all the legal documentation for the house (many houses here are not fully registered accurately) was knowledgeable about the house and its land & also went the extra mile by bringing a translator as our Spanish isn’t fluent. Best agency I’ve used since moving here. Great communication, highly organized and professional. 5 ⭐️
