I found Silvia Piera to be professional, honest, hard-working and efficient. She dealt with all arising issues and matters with great promptness and alacrity. She was calm, positive and solution-focused, taking the stress of a property sale out of my hands. Always available and on the end of a phone, watsapp or email Silvia answered my queries immediately and refreshingly would, if necessary, say if she had to go off and find the solution elsewhere. I put my trust in her and felt she had my back. She did a great job, she searched for AND found the buyer who loved the place and we completed within 3 months. What more can you ask for? Silvia, of course, organised all notary and deeds paperwork etc. plus arrangements. She was in control and it all went smoothly. Sure, the commissions in Spain are much higher than one might pay in the UK, but accepting that, for all Silvia's professionalism, experience, time, work and ultimately getting the job perfectly done, I don't begrudge her a penny/cent of it.
