This real estate agency does not solve ANYTHING for you, you keep your installments up to date and they do not deal decently with the tenants, the electrical installation of the apartment broke down, not being able to have electricity, I have attached a photo of how it is today with the cables outside where it started to smoke, we have been waiting and lengthening for 3 days. To make matters worse, if the apartment is furnished and you want to buy your own furniture and notify them so that they can contact the owner to see if they want to take the furniture from the owners, we have been waiting for them to tell us something for 3 weeks and counting, a shame that you have to stand behind the people who work here. Maybe things are solved instantly for those who don't pay, because the only thing they communicate about is to make you pay. A SHAME! If the real estate company is going to respond to this comment with a "sorry for the inconvenience or I'm sorry" It is of no use to me, I want facts, not words that are worthless.

There was a flood in my apartment because of the farm, one Friday night, the entire apartment was flooded (bed, sofa, kitchen, closets... everything). Until 3 days later it was impossible to contact either the real estate agency or the owner because they do not allow you to have their number. When Monday finally arrived and I was able to go in person to tell them what was happening and that I had been without a home for 3 days and without being able to receive help from them, the treatment was disastrous!! They didn't even deign to make me compensation, or offer me another place to live while the floor is fixed, come on, not a pardon!! For more irresponsibility I had to beg that they at least change my mattress that same day so I could sleep on something because they intended to change it days later. In addition, I had to lose many days of work to solve the entire reform of the house for them! The expert's visit, changing the mattress, the sofa, painting the entire house, and changing the entire floor! When he should have taken care of them! What's more, they chose the appointments without deigning to ask me before how it came to me... In short, many things that I have had to eat from them unfairly and that everything has been a great ordeal and tears. They are not scammers because they have returned my deposit correctly, but VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IF I CAN AFFIRM IT.
