I hired them to sell a property and although at first I was reluctant to exclusivity, I opted for them and it has been a great success. They are great professionals with great human qualities and who know very well what they are doing. Totally recommended.

Disastrous service, this real estate agency cannot be recommended at all! I bought a house that they had advertised on idealista. The wrong description, they take days to answer an email or WhatsApp and they do not give you information. Unable to make an appointment with a notary, and in the end they wanted to change it again in the short term. They go overboard that the registration data does not match the cadastre, nor are they able to prepare an appointment with the notary with the necessary documentation. I had to go to the notary myself to prepare the deed! All a mess....

Painful, they use tricks and cajole you into signing exclusivity with them, for no less than one year, and with an abusive commission of 5%, informal, not very transparent in procedures and visits, hide data from sellers, negotiate with other real estate agents without the knowledge of the owners, they do not report monitoring of your home, they do not make visits, etc. In short, I am willing to terminate my exclusivity with them and proceed with the corresponding complaint for neglect of functions. NOTHING RECOMMENDED.
I have not had answers to a series of questions and explanations for a long time and of course, although they put many things in their responses to the reviews, they DO NOT COMPLY with the follow-up or communication with the clients, in addition to their arrogant and arrogant treatment of the owners His professionalism leaves much to be desired (I remind the manager of the Vigo delegation that after three weeks I am still waiting for his response).

I would not recommend them, very upset, I recommend never signing exclusives, I was no longer a fan but after 9 months with them, I will never do it again. Much lack of information. I'm not going to elaborate, a lot of uncomfortable situations, I'm looking forward to finishing the contract. A year lost to my way of seeing.
