Zero stars has been more appropriate because this agency has shown 0 professionalism, 0 honesty, 0 transparency and 0 human heart.
We were interested in buying something and they refused to show us the relevant papers or contact the seller. They just put pressure on us to sign the deposit contract and say that everything was in order.
