Make sure you take photos of even the smallest detail of the property (for rent) as you find it because otherwise you allow your clients (landlord) to use almost the entire deposit to repair damages that were already in the property before (even if you have evidence that there were damages that already existed and did not correspond to you)... Be very careful that what happened to us does not happen to them.
