I tried to see a bank house through this real estate agency. For those who do not know how the system works, banks assign the sale of their real estate assets to real estate agencies in the area where the property is located. Once the real estate agency shows you the house, you can offer for the house. Without having been seen, you cannot offer, so if the real estate agency does not want to show you the house, as was my case, you lose it.
As this real estate agency "supposedly" acted, because when I requested to see the house through the bank, this real estate agency claims that it cannot show the property because "someone" has placed two padlocks in its garden and they no longer have access. There are more accesses to see the house and the garden wall was in poor condition on some sides, and it was also possible to enter. Although I was able to see the house through my means and I communicated it to the real estate company, it refused to let me bid on the house, with which the client they wanted remains. I told them that I would remove those padlocks myself but they also said no. Of course, they will charge the commission from the bank and the commission from the person who is going to keep it, because that commission will be more greedy. Illegal practice but some real estate agencies do it like this one.
