Very disappointed! They are not clear in their advertisements for the flats and they did not treat me politely.
I had an appointment to see a flat last week and when I arrived at the appointment they told me that if the flat interested me, I as a buyer had to pay them 3% of the value of the property (€11,000).
They had not given me that information before, nor did it appear in their ad.
When I told them, surprised, they told me that if I wasn't interested, we wouldn't waste any more time.
Very rude, specifically the person who treated me so badly was Evlogi.

After a few attempts with other real estate agents, I was lucky to put the sale in their hands. A success in all aspects, a level of professionalism and excellence out of the ordinary.
