Cristina helped us find an very good property and a very good deal at the same time. We spent weeks looking at numerous properties with various different agents, but Cristina was the only one to actually listen to our requirements and took the opportunity to drive us round and show us multiple places. She even offered to drive us home after which was very sweet! Throughout the whole buying process, she has been so helpful, replying to emails in literally minutes and following up with phone calls. She's also been instrumental in chasing solicitors which has been a great help. Whenever we had questions for the sellers, she was straight on the phone to them/emailed them to get an answer.
