Beware of this real estate. I had a very negative experience with a reservation signal for an apartment, I indicated the property, I gave up on the purchase of it, in less than 24 hours, with a bank certificate of NO approval of the mortgage loan and even so they did not return the entire amount. reservation, only half arguing that this was what they had signed. Be careful with what you sign that they slip into you with intentional mischief in the drafting of the contract. This Torrente real estate agency is very bad and specifically the person in charge of it, who is the one who is normally there. You can see little professionalism and no economic interests.
