Through booking we rented an 85m apartment with a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on Calle Urzaiz, Vigo.
We were received by L. and by the contact tf number, he works for this real estate agency.
A disaster from start to finish. Not to go too far, I should point out that there were two rooms, not an apartment, one of them with a bathroom and surprise... Inside the bathroom, a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and some utensils. I think that Health does not like this...
Apart from cans of coffee started, and capsules that were not valid for the coffee maker that was there.
Very nice to make a coffee with the toilet next to it.
It was neither an 85m apartment nor did it have a kitchen. The photos do not correspond to what was contracted.
We complained and no case, they did not answer the TF or the WhatsApp sent again.
Of course, we claim the full refund through booking.

In an apartment in Poio, they told me that they had accepted the offer and that if they didn't sign the papers it was because the property was sick.
