We had an almost closed apartment with them, we offered to give a signal and they said that they did not work like that but they did not show the apartment while we looked at loans. At the beginning of the appraisal process, they "helped" me, but then a buyer appeared and told me that it was the seller's decision to sell it now (I don't know how one came out if they didn't show it) and they sold it. I looked for the seller and it turns out that they were some super legal people who had almost forced them to go down to sign the purchase.....in short....the pity is that we couldn't do anything, but I have recorded the personal and telephone conversations In case anyone doubts my truth to see how scammers they are, unscrupulous people. I would never go to that real estate agency again.
