I would like to share an opinion about the services offered by Ibizavende offered in the rental of homes in Ibiza, in which they charge the tenant a full monthly payment for the minimum established services, it seems to me that this is not acceptable and that it is totally above of the rental fees, when in the request we said that they should please charge us what is established by law, they told us, especially the owner, that it was not possible and this was referring to a winter seasonal rental for a period of 5 months.
It seems shameful to me that this is allowed in Ibiza and that the tenant must suffer with a full monthly payment for something they should not have to pay.
