The price is set in the order note with the real estate agency, with which the price cannot be raised once the clients have visited it with a stipulated price, that on the one hand. On the other hand, the fees are paid on the day of the deed before a notary, and not in the earnest money contract, in most real estate agencies. And finally, verbal contracts have the same validity as written contracts. It is dishonest to sell the apartment to another person when you have agreed with someone.
