And I have to say that I couldn't be happier and grateful to the whole team. On the day of the signing, Pedro told me that what is important to them is not property, but people. And although it may seem like a marketing ploy, or a set phrase, I have felt that they cared throughout the entire process. Carmen has completely adapted to my schedule, we have reviewed the information as many times as necessary, and her way of communicating with me, especially for important things, has always been via video call, to "shorten the distances and feel them equally near". From the first moment they asked me for all the necessary documentation, and they did a comprehensive and complete market study informing me of the procedures that I would have to carry out, as well as the income and expenses that I would have. Periodic and detailed information was also sent to me on the contacts that the property had received, or the visits that had been made. In addition, living far away, Carmen took care of practically everything related to the house, and she notified me well in advance of the visits she had scheduled.
