      • - If I could score worse I would. Terrible management. They took 6 months to return my deposit, they did the accounts wrong, I had to claim since I left the apartment. Two days before the end of the contract, in the middle of the move they deactivated my card without letting me in, calling to activate it since I had the van waiting downstairs. In the laundry the machines never had soap, very dirty too, not to mention the number of times my clothes were taken from the washer or dryer... The broken fridge for 7 months nobody repaired it, the vitro only worked a fire. They did not take charge.

      • - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. To collect the rent, services, etc, they don't take even 1 second... Now, to return the deposit they take as long as they want (in my case it was 3 months) with the excuse that they still didn't have the bills for the services. The worst rental management I have ever seen. They have a QR with a google form for incidents with the flat. It is literally the most useless QR in the world because they never responded to my incidents and I had to solve them myself (incidents such as the bathroom flooding because the sink has a broken drain). BAD COMPANY

      • - DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE SCAMMED They don't answer the phone and when they do they are ALWAYS having breakfast or lunch. They ask you to call them after 3:00 p.m. when their hours are from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. They breached the contract that I signed where it said that the return of the deposit is made AT A MAXIMUM 30 days after the end of the contract. IT TOOK +70 DAYS TO RETURN IT TO ME, not to mention that they could have worked my money in all that time Unpresentable, an inoperability never seen
