We have been with the new tenants that this agency has put on the 1st floor for 6 weeks. You can't rest at night, you can't watch a movie during the day, read and I don't even tell you.
We try to talk to them when we find them on the stairs because if you knock on the door they don't answer.
The answer has been "in my house I do what I want", in your house you do what you want as long as you don't bother the other.
I have gone to talk to the real estate agency because we know almost nothing about the owner, Eva and the other woman have not kicked me out when I started to get nervous because they cannot talk to the tenants or the owner because it is not their problem.
Be careful, he has the agency in the same portal that I live in and they don't care that we see each other every time I leave the apartment, zero empathy. They only look for their interest!!!

A shame, I made a rental with this real estate agency for an apartment belonging to an elderly lady who sold it to my tenant (Andreu), in very old conditions. At the time of renting it they told me that I could leave everything except a living room furniture. And so the apartment gradually became a more dignified home until I had to leave it for a purchase. At the time of delivery, the conditions of the apartment were noticeably much better. But the owner, a person who suddenly became a despotic person and with bad intentions made the decision not to return the deposit, even knowing that the apartment was better and Mrs. from the Real Estate Agency (Eva) telling him that he had to return it. But since he ignored it, I lost my money because the laws here are made so that people live off cheating and theft. I tried to make the complaint and I spent more than a month asking the real estate agency for a letter explaining the aforementioned and they were unable to because a delinquent client is better than having some morals and seriousness.
I do not recommend this real estate agency because they do not have the necessary seriousness to defend the tenant, only looking out for their interests.
And anyone who has already made their rent with them, please, when they leave, they have to stop paying and remove the services because they did not even pay me the electricity bill that they charged while I left the apartment.
If I could give it negative stars, it would not even deserve a star.
