My calls have been ignored, when ask advices for mediation between renter and owner.
However extremely present at the beginning before receiving there deposit ( which by the way request half half in cash by one of there agent)

We had been looking for a flat for almost 2 years, working with dozens of different agencies before we got in contact with Andor Home. We stumble upon an online post of a flat managed by them and we arranged an initial visit with Greta. After the visit we started negotiations and ended up buying the flat. Overall, we were very happy with the experience. After quite an extensive experience with other agencies (we had made offers to 4 other flats before), we were positively suprised with Greta's professionalism. She was very responsive, trying to address all the questions we had and managing any issue with great attention. We had some concerns in the last days before signing the purchase and Greta made an extra effort (working on her free time) to make us feel safer. I cannot say anything about Andor's support on the "Flat Hunting", as we only visited one flat with them. Thanks to all the Andor Home team for the support!
