This review from this gentleman is very negative, Costa Sol is a very recognized and honest company with which you can do business with peace of mind.
It is annoying that this gentleman had this bad luck, but here the blame lies with the owner of the house, who withdraws after the sale and makes false accusations.
Costa Sol is completely separate from this. For me, Costa Sol is and remains a very professional and reliable real estate agency.

AVOID. These people are snakes and not to be trusted. I strongly advise you not to do business with Costa Sol Inmobilaria. They sold a property to me and knowingly allowed a person who was not the legal owner to sign the contract. I was left without a home as a result of the property sale being cancelled by the legal owner. I am going to make a legal case against them for fraud. They only care about making money from property transactions They do not have any care for the people whose lives are affected by their dishonesty.
NB: the majority of the positive reviews here about Costa Sol are fake, written by their staff and friends. After I shared my experience with this company, several 5* reviews appeared, suspiciously, immediately afterwards. It's clear that they are trying to drown the (real) negative reviews. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
