It's a disgraceful company. I was living with them for a few months rented in Soleá in Jerez and they do not respond for the problems you have in the house. Victoria is the one who “takes charge” of this company and the apartment. There were infestations of cockroaches and ants on the floor inside the walls and furniture and they gave me a long time to solve it myself. They rented the apartment with the broken refrigerator claiming that they would change it and I was waiting for weeks, while they delayed my calls and constant complaints. Always with a thousand excuses and forgiveness. Apparently they give you a cute, half-renovated apartment, which in reality is progressively falling apart. They are not responsible for anything because they are RUINED. To make matters worse, they haven't returned my deposit (I left the apartment a thousand times better than I found it because I fixed millions of things) because they don't have a single euro, they are bankrupt. They really are unpresentable and this is a shame. I have not experienced anything like it in my life

The service is 10!!! The treatment, the speed in solving problems that may arise, is normal in an apartment.
They are efficient, professional and above all human quality.
