I had a very pleasant experience with Casa Consults. Enrique was knowledgeable about the area and the houses we wanted to see. He was very accommodating and also drove the extra miles to show us a lovely place to swim after a very hot visit. A nice guy, knowledgeable and a practical ethic. Don´t, and I repeat, don´t try to sell your property through this estate agent.
We bought, through this same agent, an abandoned farmhouse, about 13 years ago, with the idea of setting up a small B&B. Unfortunately, life had other plans, and 3 years ago we contacted Enrique to ask him to sell it for us. We asked him to set the price, as he was the ´expert´, and put it on the market.
Months went by, and my husband would ring him, and leave messages, but he never returned our calls. He finally managed to speak to him, only to be told that one of the electricity companies was planning to put up high-tension pylons, and that was affecting the sale. We tried to find information on this project, but to no avail.
More months went by, and my husband once again tried to contact Enrique on numerous occasions. When Enrique finally deigned to speak to us, we asked him to put the price down, which he never did.
Time went by without ever hearing anything from Enrique, so we decided to put the farmhouse in the hands of another estate agents´in Castellón, and they told us to slash the price, which we agreed to.
Once again, my poor husband tried to get in touch with Enrique, to ask him to lower the price on his advertisement. He rang, left messages, and even rang the office in Villafamés, and left a message with a person there. Nothing, zilch.
This morning, we received an unpleasant Whatsapp from Enrique, telling us that he had taken our property off his books (no great loss), as we had lowered the price with another agency, and hadn´t had the decency to inform him!!!!!!!!!! My husband immediately rang him, and Enrique cut him off. I rest my case!

Yes, it is sad to resort to this means, which we have to value the values of people, not companies, I have been STOLEN from many objects that I had in the farmhouse, and I cannot prove it, for having given them the keys myself the farmhouse, to be able to show it, for what I tell potential clients, to place their trust in them to sell a farmhouse, make an inventory, and many photos of all the things they have, so that it does not happen to them like it did to me .
