Carly is hands down the best realtor out there in the Bay Area. She has been our realtor for the past 10 years with whom we bought our first starter townhome, sold, and then purchased our first single-family home. She is very knowledgeable, diligent, patient, highly flexible and humble. Carly is an exceptional realtor. She patiently and clearly explained pertinent aspects of the market, provided a wide variety of options and considerations based on our budget and needs, and added details we wouldn't have considered. After each showing, she calibrated her search and continued to narrow in on what we would love. After only 3 outings, we found our house and made an offer.
Carly's services did not end there. She rapidly linked us with key professionals to help check a foundation, or a handyman to wrap up simple house issues. Years later, I can ask for a recommendation to trim trees, or discuss my current house value.
