I'll start by introducing myself. I am Ramón Verdú Sáez; the one who owned the semi-detached house on Foradada street in Alcanar Playa, for which Juan Carlos Iglesias and his wife Kimberly Ross discredited the real estate agency TRADING FINQUES ANTONIO in Sant Carles de La Rapita and by extension of its owner and great professional, Mr. Paco Antonio. I have had news of all this very recently and that is why I want to expose the reality now.
I wanted to sell my house to move to Rubi since I was alone and in poor physical and mental health, Juan Carlos and Kimberly were rented neighbors, they came to negotiate the purchase of my house and I asked them for €150,000, they didn't stop until they convinced me buy it for 142,000.-€, alleging that it was already a few years old, they had to spend on improvements... etc. Since I was not feeling well and wanting to finish, I accepted. We signed a deposit contract and they gave me 3,000.-€, a few days later they sent an architect they knew to evaluate the arrangements they wanted to make, when they got their report, they wanted me to pay for the works! They insisted on it several times and I told them that I did not pay anything and I would look for another buyer. I told Paco Antonio from TRADING to look for a buyer and in two weeks he had it, and for €150,000.-what was it that I wanted. I returned 6,000.-€ as stipulated in the contract and that's it.
This is the reality, as TRADING has answered, in which letter I confirm and thank Mr. Antonio for his good professional work and stating that he can count on me for whatever he needs against these liars and slanderous people
