This is a logistics project to be developed on a plot located in the Sector 14 Industrial Park in Riba-roja de Túria (Valencia), which is located next to the intersection of the A-7 and the A-3.
This platform, which is planned to be divided into 3 modules, will be built on a 14,882 sqm plot and its total built area of 10,110.80 sqm will be distributed as follows:

· 429.20 sqm for office area, which will be distributed between the first floor and the second floor.
