Individual lit up small room in a spacious 4 bdr. apartment. 110cm bed. Simple and easy going place. WIFI and all utilities included. Common areas cleaning service. Shared common areas but you have your private room. Convenient price/location at 9 minutes walk from city centre, and 20min walk from the city beach. Best if you are looking for low cost but decent place to sleep, and don't require a fancy room. The apartment's common spaces (kitchen, bathrooms, but not your room of course!!!!) are shared with other guests. (Lloguer per LAU-No Turístic-4)
