This apartment is ideal for a couple, since it only has a double room with a very nice exterior light. The living-dining room is very cozy and consists of a comfortable sofa ideal for watching television after a hard day's work, it also has a table with two chairs for eating. The American-style kitchen is designed with wooden furniture and has everything you need. Finally, the apartment has a renovated bathroom with a washing machine, although the highlight of the apartment is none other than the magnificent communal terrace , perfect for sunbathing or having a meal with friends or family. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating and internet. Being located in the center , you will find everything within your reach, even so, the Sant Antoni metro stop (L2) is a 5-minute walk away and there are also multiple bus stops near the apartment. ADMINISTRATION FEE (mandatory and not refundable) The administration fee depends on the duration of the contract: - From 6 to 11 months: 1 month’s rent +VAT \[21% in Spain\] - From 3 to 6 months: 80% of 1 month’s rent +VAT \[21% in Spain\]. - From 1 to 3 months: 70% of 1 month’s rent +VAT \[21% in Spain\]. LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in) BOOKING PROCESS: After the reservation is confirmed, you will be required to pay the remaining payments before the handover of the keys.
