The Living room, kitchen, bathroom, and any other common area in this apartment are shared with 1 other person. IMPORTANT: EXCLUSIVE APARTMENT FOR STUDENTS Reservations of one or two months will be accepted only in the months of July and August. Reservations from September will be for a minimum of 10 months. In case of making a reservation in July or August for more than two months, only those that cover until June 2024 will be accepted. Period September - June: Age: 18 - 24 years July and August period: Age: 18 - unlimited. The neighborhood is right outside the center meaning that you can have all the peace at home, while the liveliness of the city is just a few stops away so you don’t have to compromise on anything!
