The staff of the center is really welcoming and always with a smile, however, the infrastructure is becoming more and more obsolete and badly organized.
- The wifi is not working for more than 2 months!!! As there’s no 4g connection in the gym, it’s impossible to stream music, watch gym video tutorial or even send and receive messages…
They keep saying it will be fixed…. But it’s a lie.
- The swimming pool is not really well organized, despite the effort of the staff to find a solution whenever it gets really crowded.
Sometimes, with classes, school, groups, there’s only 2 lines available for the regular customer, which makes it IMPOSSIBLE to swim.
A first solution would be at least to have a calendar of the groups / lines occupied on their website to prevent arriving at the pool and having no option than swimming in a really crowded pool. You have no visibility on classes or activities of the pool.
Thankfully as a said the staff/lifeguards are really empathic and manage to find a solution!
Make also people swim in lines according to their speed. There are some useless plots at the end of the lines (Carrer lenta/ Carrer rapid). It’s non sense to have 6 lines and having one person per line. It’s ok when it’s not crowded but make a simple organization when it’s rush time..
- The gym installations and the dressing room are old and rusty, sometimes a bit dirty also.
Except of painting the walls, and rearrange the gym, I don’t see any “improvement” from DIR, worse, I see a downgrade.
We have already expressed our feedback to many staff and it seems to be a general problem of management.
As I said before, I’m not blaming the employees there but more the organization/ infrastructure.
For now, I can’t recommend this place anymore and will start looking for another place if those improvements will not start appearing.

Why so little maintenance?
The center is spacious, the staff is welcoming but there are so many things to improve…
- The wifi does not work in the center
- The temperature of the pool is too high, the maximum being 27 degrees (as a result? you are already sweating after 2 laps)
- The air-conditioning is weak so it is also hot once you go down the first stairs.
- The group classes do not use videos to animate the session.
- The gym equipment are old and can be dangerous.
Ok, the complex has some years, but that's no reason not to bring anything new inside.
The name change at DIR does not bring anything to the club , while it has so much potential !
We are hoping for renovations so that we can enjoy our sports sessions in the best conditions.

Big pool that should be cleaned more often, old changing rooms and showers. Fitness and cardio are ok but squash area needs ac. They changed the name recently to DIR, painted the entrance and change the reception layout but that's it. Internet connection doesn't really work:(

As an Spanish speaker I can say the staff can't explain the conditions either in Spanish or English.
They got my register and when I went back to pay they didn't have it and they provided completely different information.
They don't know their own website, they have a strange way of providing information and it seems that they don't want you as a client.
Very disappointing!

Such a horrible service!! The receptionist does not speak a WORD IN ENGLISH and she start being mad at you because you do not speak Spanish.
She's raising her voice at you and instead of taking care of the service JUST a LITTLE and looking at you, she's more interested in gossiping with other people around.
The page saying completely different price then in reality you pays.
The machine where you can buy food or a padlock does not work!!
Do not go there if you want a good service and do not go there if you do not speak Spanish!
