      • - I was interested in an apartment and asked the office some important questions. These questions remained completely unanswered. What it boils down to is that very important information (deed of division for apartments, proof of energy works, proof of electrical comments, EPC report and recommendations, etc.) is NOT wanted to be passed on. However, these data are decisive for estimating the renovation. It is of no use if you only receive the information at the notary. The information is KNOWINGLY withheld or, in other words, the buyer is kept stupid. They don't give a rat's ass if you buy a cat in a poke. One does not get honest information. So stay away from this office if you don't want to become their TOYBALL.

      • - Very unreliable office. They only think about their own money and are willing to use blatant lies to do so. Don't do this, fortunately there are plenty of other reliable real estate agents.
