if you rent an apartment through an agency and pay money for it, you can at least expect the apartment to be thoroughly cleaned when it is handed over. I had to clean 3 days, such a dirty Apartment and no answer from the agency seller. They take the money, but they don't make it run smoothly.
I didn’t get a Rent contract till the day i got the keys and then they told me I won't get the keys because I haven't paid any money for rent or deposit yet. Without a rental agreement and bank details from the owner? This wasnot my fault, if i had this dates i could have made a transfer early. I cannot recommend this agency to anyone. Paid money for nothing!
