I congratulate you for all the good reviews you have, I wish I could say the same, a few minutes ago I called the landline number of the company I work for in Malaga Marbella, looking for information about some apartments for rent in the Almería area (to be exact, 3 floors that they have in their agency) the treatment of the commercial when she saw that she was calling from a landline number was very borderline and petulant to the point that I threw away the phone for calling her from a landline number (explaining that where I work (elviria marbella) my coverage is very poor however i called her from the mobile of one of my bosses which when she heard my voice again without even asking me the reference of the number of the property in which i was interested denied me her attention and availability without her even knowing which of the 3 properties I was interested in, when I express myself about 'her' it is simply because from the beginning I introduced myself, I was very polite but she had no introduction or a kind word to me, finally I add that in the last call from the number that is registered for the 4 properties for rent published on the IDEALISTA page with the registered name of your real estate agency and seeing that I was so obfuscated by the treatment, indifference and rudeness of His part simply denied being a real estate agency, I was totally baffled while discriminating…. I am not generalizing since I imagine that they will have better commercials with better attention, unfortunately different from what I had….

Very efficient
As an eramus student I asked many agencies in Almería for the possibility to rent a house. When I found them, in a matter of hours had the house reseved and in a couple of days (the time for the burocrazy to be done) the procedure was concluded. The personell is very kind and understanding, as someone who doesn't speak spanish yet they were very helpful, being able to communixate in english.

Don't trust this agency. This agency offer properties for much lower prices and when you make an offer they increase the price for thousands by €10 000. Now even €20 000 from the original price. They contact me I threaten a lawyer if I do not delete this post. Just don't go near to this people. They will beg people to buy properties soon as the recession officially started.
