The doubts I had at the time of signing, I wanted to ask them at the notary and they felt very bad. They wanted to solve them for me, but the fact is that they did not seem competent enough to me.
My advice is that if you see the same property at the same price in another real estate agency, do not hesitate to go to the other one.
