This agency is disastrous: they ask me for €7,000 as a deposit (€4,000 in cash for the owner's pocket) and since the signing deadline had expired, in good faith I gave them €1,000 more to delay the signing: they don't even include it in neither the contract nor the €1,000.. and at the end of the month the owner gives me the signing date (without respecting the commitment of the amount delivered for that purpose) and the owner washes her hands of it saying that the owner does not want to return the money (in the contract it says that the €4000 is held by the real estate agency). Well, in the end we will go to court because this is a scam: they didn't even provide me with the simple note of the apartment and when I have it, I see that it has much less meters that appear in the contract. They are not recommended at all: they are not professionals or serious people: they already have the apartment for sale and they want to charge double commission with the possible sale.
