From first contact (on late afternoon on Friday) in mid December, we picked up our keys in less than three months later in beginning of March. If we texted them a question or an update they would always respond very promptly! They were immensely patient with our seemingly endless questions as we are first-time home buyers in Spain. We decided to buy a flat in Andalusia as foreigners and hiring these guys was the best decision we made. We were contemplating whether to do all the paperwork ourselves and save money but this would have definitely been high above our abilities as well as would require us to fly in every few weeks. NIE was the only paperwork we figured out in person and Acapulco Centro took care of everything else. We would use their services if buying a flat again.
For example they found out that, at the time of sale, the previous owners were still a few months short of paying up their mortgage hence their bank was blocking a smooth transition of ownership. This could have been a showstopper but Acapulco Centro came up with an elegant plan how to motivate sellers into figuring this out as quickly as possible. From first contact in July we collected our keys 4 months later in November.
They are a team of dedicated people of which everyone has a role. They personally inspected our flat before sale, organized the paperwork in a stellar fashion and helped us even after the sale was done (even with aspects not necessarily related to the sale). One point of uncertainty for us was to trust them with safekeeping of our money for the purchase which turned out was not only perfectly fine but common in Spain. Communication with them is always swift, on point and professional.
