We had a great experience with the manager (Toni), they were very attentive to all details and very helpful with all questions arisen during the renting process. Unfortunately, the building itself has a lot of problems - the elevator often doesn’t work and surprisingly quite often we run out of both cold and hot water in the apartment (incl the toilet and the kitchen). We sometimes experienced this problem each two days and once we didn’t have water for 24 hours, for this reason we had to use showers and toilets in the gym 🤦🏻♀️ the company does not provide permanent maintenance service to the building. The office of course works only during working days… So if you have a problem on Saturday evening if will last until Monday as the very least. And it’s not guaranteed that the permanent solution will be found at all. With water we always have temporary solution and the problem comes back in some time

We have recently bought property in Sitges via Ariadna Mena at Fincas la Clau. The process has been incredibly smooth.
