I just got out and without getting a haircut. I arrived at 7:10 p.m. and there was only one man who was being given the machine and a lady who was doing her hair, 4 hairdressers, at the counter I tell her that it is to cut me and she tells me that if I can go to the waiting room , I sit down and see that they finish the man and no one else comes, 2 of the hairdressers start cleaning and the other two start with the lady, then I think one of them will have finished her shift, I ask the girl, after more than half an hour, and seeing that there is no one else, that if there is a lot left and he tells me "a little".. at 55 minutes I tell the lady that I am leaving that I am not going to wait. I come here once a month to always cut myself, but I won't be back.

The attention was good but the result of the service was not. I went a week ago to cut my ends and put on a brown dye.
As for the cut, despite having told the hairdresser to cut everything necessary to heal, it has not been like that and I have continued to have many split ends.
As for the dye, after the first wash at home, the gray hair lost its dye and remained yellowish.
I have not been happy with the quality of service.
