My experience is negative since everything went well until we decided to buy, the person in charge of the office read us the down payment, treated us like fools... she explained it to us out loud as if we were deaf and at 1000x an hour... when we asked her to read it to us the contract again, it bothered him a lot and he looked at us badly. That lady has very bad manners and education.
After buying, they told us that the owner was taking the bedroom and dining room furniture, and the salesperson, Utrilla, didn't even pick up the phone and pass us by, nor did he come to the notary's office. Little or no professionalism rather.

Nothing like this had ever happened to me. We arrived to enjoy our vacation and we found this disaster despite having good reviews.
However, they tell us that they are going to relocate us and that we hand over the keys that booking will contact us since they were going to notify us. They didn't pick up the phone either despite having been calling and sending photos and when we went to the office the girls there told us that the phone wouldn't stop ringing and that they couldn't answer the calls when they were both talking to each other. They looked pretty busy.
No one calls us and I personally contact booking and these girls had not reported anything.
We have been away from home since early morning and lying in the middle of Aguadulce far from our house, charging our phones in the car.
Seriousness and professionalism none. Unfortunate workers.
