      • - Complete lack of respect for the customer. They make an appointment for an hour, then they tell you that they're coming down and they never show up or answer messages or calls. A total waste of time.

      • + Silvia a great professional. He helped me with everything before the purchase and after. An unbeatable personal treatment. I would repeat with her a future purchase. Thanks for everything .

      • - Some trileros without ethics. They make me sign a reservation contract and pay €1,000 to transfer my offer to an owner, and when only 24 hours have passed since the signing and without receiving any communication from them, I meet their sales representative, Mr. David, showing the apartment to other clients. After going up to the apartment to clarify the situation, I find the owner waiting at the door and upon my indication that he had paid to reserve the apartment and that he should not be shown as long as he did not respond to the offer I proposed to him, he tells me that he knows nothing about an offer. When I ask to go out on the stairs, the commercial tries to convince me that what is happening is something normal. What am I paying that money for then? What happens if the people who are visiting bid higher? A situation typical of some unpresentable people who are withholding my money while looking for someone to pay more with the "ignorance" of the owner. And to top it off, the owner, Mrs. Silvia Jane, does not hesitate for a moment to return the money for the reservation in a surreal act because she was not in the office when I went there and everything is done by the administration that is communicating with her by telephone, and despite the fact that the contract itself indicates that if we do not get to celebrate the deposit due to a unilateral decision of mine, I will lose the money. They said nothing, except the indignation of the commercial when I made public the amount of my offer while the people who made the visit were present. As I said, some unpresentable. Then we say that the price of housing is expensive, it is people like this who make prices rise.

      • - In February 2021 we signed the acquisition of a home through them. It was a flat in which an important reform had to be done. When we went to see it for the first time, they told us that around €18,000 would be enough to reform it (it had to be redistributed, throwing down a load-bearing wall, updating the entire house, etc.) We estimated around €30,000. Indeed, they provided us with a contact who gave us a budget of close to €30,000. We turned it down and miraculously they offered us another one for €23,500, which we turned down. They told us that it would take about two months to give us the flat. To close the deal, Silvia offered to return €3,500 so that it would remain as €20,000 for us, and as we signed, they would be returned upon closing the purchase. Once everything was signed, we had to pursue it as if we were the Frac Collector, but it ended up making the transfer effective. Likewise, they gave us two sets of keys instead of the five that they should have and when we claimed them they gave us a long time until finally they told us that the seller did not send them and end of story, without offering any solution. The reform began with the company recommended by them and, at first, everything seemed to be going well, the person who was in charge of it assured us that he was an architect and told us that there was no problem with knocking down that wall, that he would do the calculations, etc. An inspection came from the town hall and there was no project. Moreover, we discovered that the alleged architect was not even registered in Spain and the project had to be carried out by an external office, the cost of which they wanted to pass on to us. Two weeks after the delivery date of the apartment (after two months of reform) we met with the supposed architect and another person in charge of the company recommended by Century. After insulting us (yes, it sounds surreal, but it happened that way), the so-called architect left and never came back. The person who was left in charge demanded payments from us to continue with the work, threatening to stop it if it did not advance. Payments that we were making. The work continued to advance at a snail's pace, to the point where nothing has been done by these people for almost a month. The flat continues halfway, it is not habitable (it has neither a kitchen nor a bathroom) and those of the company recommended by Century do not do anything about it despite our demands. They constantly tell us that yes, that they'll start tomorrow, that they'll finish it next week and we've been like this for two months. The truth is, a disastrous experience, we would not think of having dealings with Century21 again for the world, nor would we recommend it to anyone. We feel very cheated. In short, they are capable of anything to close a sale.

      • + Great experience with them. They do not charge commission to buyer. Clear and transparent in their treatment, direct and personal. Everything has gone smooth and fast. David, Silvia and Pablo form a great team. Congratulations on the work, few agencies are so respectable.
