I have just canceled the sales deal with this real estate agency since they promised things that they did not fulfill, they omitted information as it suited them and they transferred money without having any type of contract or sales authorization signed. If I had wanted to, I would have kept a pay and sign from a person who did not deserve it. I have not done it out of principle and in the end we have decided to sell with another real estate agency for these reasons. It seemed to us that there were signs of fraud. Great care!

This real estate agency is zero professional. Once you make all the payments, they don't want to know anything else and if you contact them to report a problem (such as the boiler losing water the first day) the only solution they give you is to BREAK THE CONTRACT. In my case, I had to manage all the repairs that the apartment needed and after 10 days, they still haven't been solved.

A family business with facilities for both parties.
Mediation with owners and clients is sometimes complicated, and they have been able to manage that.
I can understand that sometimes it is difficult to mediate with owners and clients, but in my case they have made it easier for me.

This agency is made up of two nice people (that's why two stars and not one) but their work is a real nonsense. They do not support the tenant at all or offer any kind of mediation with the property. In addition (and this is illegal) rental prices go up ignoring the new Law for the regulation of rental prices, which prohibits raising the price of the property with respect to the previous contract. They call you 50 times to ask you things they already know and, ultimately, they do a terrible job. I feel sorry for them but I do not recommend it at all.
