We had an AMAZING experience with Claudia. She was responsive, helped us with moving in within 2 days and speeding up the process. Would recommend this agency to everyone. She even took the time to explain the contract to us, as our Spanish isn’t the best.
My only small tip would be to get the contract in english as well (if possible of course).
