To this day, NOTHING HAS BEEN RETURNED.
It is not fair and we hope that something similar happens to no one else with this real estate agency.

My experience with this real estate agency has been fatal. Lack of ethics and professionalism on the part of Maylo, the owner.
I rented a house with her, I paid everything month by month without problems with the rent, I have all the receipts that corroborate it.
6 months have passed since I handed over the apartment and Maylo does not want to return the deposit, one day he tells you that he will do it the same day, the next day he says the same thing again, or makes any excuse for not handing it over.
A situation like this had never happened to me with any real estate agency.
It is disrespectful, when I rented with her I paid a month of management for the real estate agency of €700, but that she is also trying to keep the deposit, which is my money, is impudent and very dishonest.

From my own experience, I recommend it 100%, professionals from head to toe. Anyone who says otherwise has not behaved correctly with the staff or is spam and/or fake accounts, since competition in this sector is very high.

My parents have had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with Mailó (owner/manager).
It's a pity that there are such UNPROFESSIONAL people who brag about being so... anyway! Stories to not sleep!!!
