      • + I sincerely recommend cooperation with this real estate agency. I’m a very demanding client and it was very hard to find satisfying apartament for me and my family. Lorena is very profesional and patient person, she spent a lot of time to show us many apartments in Alicante. She was always very helpful and understanding. She did more than anyone expected from a real estate agent. She finally found a perfect home for us and we bought a beautiful apartment in the heart of Alicante 💗. Thank you Lorena 🙏💗.

      • - Debbie Valentín told us several times what a professional she was, but our experience after she had our deposit and then after the sale continues to disappoint and demonstrate otherwise. We have overcome hidden defects that she had a hand in hiding--like the doorknob that fell off the first time we tried to open the door ourselves as new owners or the gallery sink that was not connected to the plumbing and flooded the neighbor the first time we used that sink. We had no reason to suspect anything and Debbie had always handled the door herself. The locksmith confirmed, after an over 400 euro bill, that the handle had been broken for some time. So, we had a bad experience, so what. Debbie told us we were on our own. OK. Now we go to pay our property tax and we are not listed as the owners of the house. Debbie directed the closing of the transaction to a notary who is her friend and neither of them got the job done. Now they both say we need to go to city hall and sort it out for ourselves. What did we pay her to do again? She is sloppy with the papers and the truth, at least in our experiences with her. I wish it were otherwise. We thought we had a friend in the real estate business here, until we didn't. Too bad. You are forewarned. And, now Debbie Valentín tells me in her response here that we failed when she hid from us the broken door every time we entered the apartment with her. Should we have grabbed the key away from her? Instead the door broke the first time I opened it with the key we were given at closing. A home needing reform was not the issue for me. I have a background in housing development in the US and I have supervised new construction as well as three major reforms of my own along with dozens of projects for customers. The fact that she hid the broken lock from us on every entry into the home while pointing out the armored door as a great amenity took me by surprise. It takes a certain sort of person to be that bold. To sell an amenity in the face of a defect might have been a game or a challenge? If you want that sort of challenge, you just need to call Debbie. Good luck
