Not recommended at all. They carried our comprehensive home reform. ATR is a franchise, in our case the company ABCN from Barcelona was the ATR franchisee that did the renovation for us. They are not bad people, but they really offer a very bad service for how much you pay and they subcontract people who do everything from poor finishes to some real botch jobs. Little monitoring of the works and they falsify the minutes of the works to make it appear that everything is going smoothly. Regarding ATR, there was a direct person (Catalina) from this company who “captured” us with her reform project. But once we signed, it pretty much disappeared. All the follow-up, plan changes and visits to material stores that they promised us to do together were practically all done by us, they fulfill very little or almost nothing of what they promise you before signing.
