      • - INCOMPETENT! I reserved a home by making a deposit contract and giving 2,000 euros in August 2022. As it was a VPO, paperwork had to be done for acceptance. Supposedly the seller was looking for housing, but could not find it. Shortly before the Easter holidays, they tell me that he has already found a house that is going forward. I presented all the papers that they asked me for several times, because I spent a lot of time from one to the other and it was necessary to update. They tell me that everything is going forward that they are looking at my mortgage now, to which I begin to pack my things. I did not stop going after them asking why they did not inform me of anything, they were not clear. After Easter they tell me that things are not going forward that the seller wanted 20,000 more euros or that we wait. To which we decided to meet with them. The vendors leave us stranded. They did not give us any solution to what we decided to give up. When sellers back out is breach of contract, but oh! Surprise, they had not signed the deposit contract. I decide to go complain to the office and oh! more surprises, the adviser who carried out the sale has not worked there for more than two months (or so they say). They told me that when I started with him I had to finish his operation, but no one informed me of anything. It is assumed that the files that the adviser keeps are in the office in charge of the bosses, since none of them knew anything. And the explanation that the bosses give me is that they don't know anything, that it was up to him, that they didn't know what he was doing. In conclusion, they have not been clear, transparent or professional. They have not done things right or legal or anything. And as the boss told me, that mine has been an isolated case, that they do it well, start reading the other bad reviews and you will see that I am not the only one. And by the way, for every bad review that appears, they put a few good ones, what a coincidence. As long as you continue like this, the beach bar will not last. And by the way, none of your explanations were useful to me and I didn't believe them either.

      • - They have more face than back. Almost to sign the house they ask you for money claiming that we extend the deposit because the owner needs money before, as long as we "as buyers" do not find out that they charge the seller and they can collect before. They go with a lot of mystery until the last moment, hiding things instead of having meetings with the seller so that everything goes calmer and more transparent. They tell you one thing and then another.
