It’s a scam don’t “subscribe”. It said you will 5sek for the first two days it said that until I paid. But they charged me 499sek. There is no way you can call them and when i emailed them they never replied and then 3-4 months later they charged me again and when I emailed they were so rude and said they will refund me because they’re “kind” “out of courtesy” and never refunded me.

It’s a fraud company company, they just trying to capture money in sweden. I just verified my account and they deduct amount from my account. I didn’t get any email about subscription. I didn’t used his services, just login one time. Now, i have already canceled my subscription but a again they are trying to deduct money from my card. I tried to contact him in sweden, they don’t have any phone number, just contact via support and they don’t respond. So please faraway from it.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AGENCY. We are fairly certain they have folded, but from the start it has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
Is not a lettings agency. Is a software company that cannot even provide on that. Nobody works there, nobody is contactable, it is impossible to speak with anyone regarding any problem, let alone an emergency. The software doesnt even provide a service, it makes mistakes and is not able to manage any real problems that arise in contracts.
We have not heard from them in over 6 months and have since moved out without any communication from them. Called emergency lines, old employees, sent in chats, even went to their office listed and nobody was there.
We are awaiting our deposit and are fearful that we will now have to take this through the courts.
Trust me, this is not a risk you want to take on your livelihood, even if you love the property like we did.

If I could give a -100 I would. Please avoid this agency by all costs. I don’t know how I can stress that out more. I lived in their properties for 2 years and I have a million horrible stories to share. Here is the latest one. I’ve finally managed to leave the property because my lease ended but they still keep sending me messages EVERY SINGLE MORNING that I’m late with my payment. Not to mention that they’ve tried to take out that “late payment” from my account several times but I managed to avoid that by changing cards. I don’t live there for 3 months now and my contract ended 3 month ago. I have no debt with them. I tried contacting them 15 times, I tried blocking the number, reporting as spam. I don’t know what else to do. The worse thing is that this is just one example I have from the awful experience I had with this agency. They were far worse things happening while I lived there. So save yourself and run, don’t look back.
P.S. They give incentives to people to write a review in a form of deduction from your rent. I never used it because from the start I had nothing nice to say about them. But I figure that’s why they have those 3+ ratings.

I moved into a building that wasn't finished, despite calling and emailing multiple times before but now answer from them!! I have no secure locks on our doors and no blinds so builders can see into my flat while Im dressing. they are unresponsive, unless they want money from you! They've taken my money and left me to live in a wonky flat with damp and leaks and hazards all around the building with no remorse or compensation. If you value your mental health don't bother moving in, you'll only end up pulling your hair out!!
As per Rentifys response, the offer of compensation that was made was actually rent that we are owed from not being able to move in the first place!
