Unpresentable, lack of professionalism and respect I have never seen in my life!! They don't show up for the agreed appointments to see the properties, they don't answer the phone... in my case they didn't give me the keys on the agreed day because they left for lunch at noon and got involved (7pm and they hadn't shown up at the office) Its schedule is from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. And so they released it to me and they were so wide!!! I had to call the owner to come give me the keys the next day. The treatment received is shameful.

I was treated by Mónica and when you agree with her everything goes well, the moment you disagree she loses her kindness. It ensures issues that cannot be fulfilled later because it does not depend exclusively on it. There is little coordination and communication between them. There is no transparency and it seems like an unreliable real estate agency to me.

They are doing a job in my building (it seems that they are also a construction company) and they work Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 in the morning with noisy work. They have been asked by the community not to work on weekends with noisy jobs and they continue to do so, reaching the point of calling the police because it is unbearable. Most of the time they don't come during the week and come only on Saturdays and Sundays. They are rudeness in person added to the cocky attitude of Jesus.
