Before working with En Casa de Ana, we almost bought an appartment with another real estate agency . We had already payed the downpayement when we realized that the men was lying to us ( a night club was going to open under the futur appartment and on top of that the owner was filling a suit for minimum 1 million against the community!!!)
We ended up traumatized, we weren't sure how to trust another agency... they seems interested only by money and lost their human touch on their way.
Not so long after that really bad experience we ended up meeting with Begoña, an amazing woman that work in en casa de Ana ! She was super understanding, she took her time and came back with us to visit the appartment multiple time !
She wasn't pressuring us at all !! No " if you don't buy it NOW you won't have it " , no all the contrary She told us to take our time, that it was a huge step to take, to be sure of what we wanted in order to have no regret !
Begoña wasn't the only person in En casa de Ana to help us, Cristina was always here to answer our questions, communicate with the owner and the community .
When we had some request she was all ear and tried her best to give us what we needed!
We had the opportunity to meet with Ana herself and from what we saw, her business is really human and thoughtful ( in opposite with the other of real estate agency ). Even the woman from whom we ended up bying our appartement was telling us that she was really lucky to have found such a team to sell her apartments!!
We haven't moved in yet because the appartment needed a complete reform but we are super excited about it!!
