The experience, work and treatment has left a lot to be desired. In my case, Inmoengasa was not the real estate agency that I contacted directly, but the apartment that I was interested in was through it. I guess his only interest was to get rid of this property full of debts, with hidden vices and with a client with no interest in doing things right.
Careful! make sure and insist that what you are going to buy is free of charges, including supplies, which is why we pay you friends, and it is also specified in the different contracts. Otherwise, you find additional problems and costs, and a tremendous real estate handwashing!
Also beware of the condescending and passive-aggressive treatment of the person in charge of the real estate agency! Especially when someone he considers young and "who has no idea" brings out his colors.
All the rush to sell the property, and make the payments because "there were many interested people" but then the buying-selling process drags on with excuses of "I'm doing everything I can".

Magnificent professional and a better person. Vicente makes the most complicated situations very easy and explains in detail the possible scenarios, thus giving you a lot of perspective on the situation. The purchase or sale of a property is a serious operation and requires a good professional as is the case.
He goes to all the trouble and gives you all the options, including those that are less advantageous to him but that he knows are best for you.
He seems to me to be a very honest person who I would certainly recommend and if I find myself in need of a professional in the sector again, I will go to Inmoengasa without hesitation.
